COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Crt Solutions M34EDC13X37 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kinco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the DCSAC800FmoduleFI830F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the V808SD manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MT4300CE by Manufacturer Kinco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Xinje Brand TH765NU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as NS5SQ00BV2 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A1SCPU made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular 6AV21232MA030AX0 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XBTN400 by Schneider and NS5SQ00BV2 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGMGV44ADC6CSGDV330A01A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
